Thread: Would it be better if Rafa just left?

Would it be better if Rafa just left?

Mike Ashley will release cash if Rafa signs a new contact . Mike Ashley is not trustworthy and Rafa is implying that he値l leave when his contract is up, which the end of next season.

Now this is a ****ty situation and obviously it would be great if Rafa could stay with a little investment to build a competitive team. However the relationship is unworkable and is going to end at the end of the season. Rather than having a situation where the players know Rafa will be off at the end of the season would we be better off getting put out of our misery. Should Rafa leave now?

I too believe he will leave at the end of the season, but being a naive supporter; so long as there's still hope that Ashley will cough up I don't want Rafa to leave. Keep faith.

Regardless of Rafa leaving i think we'll stay up with him. He goes and we're down.

Our better players will be cherry picked in the last 2 weeks of the window and they'll go because they'll see the way the wind is blowing.

So no, not for me it would be better if Rafa went.

If he did leave now it would be better for this board.
