Wow! What a finisher! Quick feet - too good for Championship(?)
Lets hope we get some of this. (He's got the complete opposite attributes to Rondon....which means he scores especially at championship level)

If he is so good I doubt Newcastle will let him go.
Why do you always have to knock Albion players.
Rondon't is "brilliant" and we should be grateful that he allowed us to pay him a reported 70k a week for his prowess in front of a mirror (sorry even in a post like this I can't say goal).
When he finally leaves we and several future generations of Albion fans must cherish the moment of magic (he must have provided).
Really? I wouldn't swap Rondon for Gayle. I think Rondon offers more with his attributes.
People can point at goal scoring records (by the way, most of Gayles appearances have been in the championship, most of Rondon's have been in the prem) but its not all about that. I remember when we had Earnshaw up front and if he didn't score, he offered us nothing. I see Gayle as a similar type of player.
I don't want us to play hoof ball anymore to a striker, but I want a striker who can use his strength against defenders, Odemwingie or Vardy are perfect examples of small players who can put themselves about and let a defender know they are there.
Reports are that we are going to do a swap deal of Rondon for Gayle + £3m cash. Which means we're effectively buying Gayle for £13m, and he ain't worth that. We can do better elsewhere
If I was a defender then I’d rather play against Gayle than Rondon any day. Whenever I’ve seen Gayle on the oppositions team sheet I’ve been happy.
But I guess we have to expect our players to go and to be replaced with inferior ones. Today Hegazi and Gibbs are targets for the circling vultures. Their replacements are lower division prospects, and that gets me worried. I know we are further down in the food chain but surely we don’t have to go bin dipping!
