If people can't read an online forum with out getting worked up about somebody else's postings then they really need to have a look at themselves. You need to be able to let stuff go pretty easily or you will end up getting worked in to a anxious frenzy.

I don’t do anxiety and certainly don’t get worked up......on a banter forum or elsewhere......well maybe during a match(1st game today)......mindfulness and a cognitive mindset assists.....a wee bit of banter on here now and again is fine.......but thankfully I’m not on here as much as others that continue to use the forum and the banter seems to be getting eroded by negativity which is transparent to most.
