I think better than a bottom 6 Mick , but totally agree with the rest of your post .

The problem we may have is changing the mind set of players. For three years we have set out in games not to lose. That is no longer enough. We need to set out to win games.

They also signed Benik Afobe from us and he will score in the Championship, Stoke would be one of my favourites to secure one of the two automatic promotion places.

The signing of McClean from us will nullify the Efobe signing!

Efobe can forget any kind of service or supply from that flank.

For me, Derby and Stoke for the automatic, Forest for the play offs. Us in the lower half of the division. We won’t do any good until that tw@t of a chinaman f*cks off.

He might want to become a “non dom” or rent your spare bedroom Kets :-))

Having invested in ya so heavily don’t you think he deserves to live here if he wishes?

How anyone thinks we will do well with the number of experienced defenders we have is beyond me. We have 5 plus a lad who didn't shine whilst out on loan last season. We have a shocking right back who wants away anyway. A new centre back plus 2 others, both of whom have been linked with moves back to the top flight, and we have Gibbs.
It may change over the next few weeks with an influx of new faces, but that should have already happened. If it doesn't then we have to hope for zero injuries and zero suspensions to the defence.
I'll make my mind up at the close of the window. As it stands we may scrape 15th.

Have to agree Eve , he will score goals he has done & still will wish we had him , anyone thinking were going to cut the ice with div1 players & up and coming prospects that can't hold places in their mother clubs , don't have much idear, i honestly think big Dave was a mistake although he did great the end of last season , and we still have some of our better players wanting to leave us , where we going ? No real investment on quality for me it's a crap situation, & i fear the worst with 12 days is it ? Of the window left ,

I think that it's impossible to make any informed judgement until we know the personel that will make up our squad. If we were to go into the season with the current squad, with a little tinkering, we would be OK. However, we all know that in all probability, this won't be the case. As I say, I will reserve judgement for the time being.

The same back 4 who Man Utd at OT and Spurs failed to score against just 3months ago. Of the10 outfield players that won those 2 games 9 could start on Saturday.

    Why all the negativity?
