Interestingly I've just listened to Mike Martin's interview and the only problem with past care he highlights is, on occasion, diagnosis taking too long. He says we have invested in "facilities" to make sure this improves in the future. That to me sounds like the medical and physio staff have to work within the budget and restrictions placed upon them rather than any level of incompetence of the staff. If we have the money to help the medical staff and new fitness coach do their jobs better, then I'm all for it.

    Not why I joked.

    Not joking about the Jeff though. He's doing a great job. I now believe from your last post that the physio team were just being curtailed by facility issues.
