I have a fear that it wont matter what team comes out for this game as us supporters will be right on the players backs after a couple of minutes of nervous play under Shabbas tactics! However, based on 2 games....

Rakovan, think he is the better option from what ive seen.

Murdoch, we need experience against Dunfermline.
    Frans, best defender we have.
Edje, think he is the better option from whats left of the defenders.
Robson, hopefully become a better player with decent competition injured just now.

    Barton, best option just now.
Stanton, need a bit of craft if we insist on 2 defensive mids!

McMullan, done well when ive seen him this season.
Clark, sure he will run and run and do well from here.
Loemba, only seen the goals but that was enough. Hope it wasnt a flash in the pan but should be a fans favourite.

    Curran/New lad, target man required?

Siegrist, Watson, Booth, Wardrop, Glass, Aird, Curran/new lad.

Csaba has put himself under pressure for the start of the new league season due to the disastrous and embarrassing run in the League Cup........

Nothing short of a convincing win will be hoped for.

Didn't bother buying a season ticket and won't be back until Wafflepuss is gone, so I'm missing it too. Happy days also!

I hope as supporters we get behind the players they must be nervous and know their self's that this idiot is making them look bad with his dreadful negative tactics. So let's get behind the players and the club and be the great support that we are let the players know that we support them and our club and we know it's that hopeless ****ers tactics we don't stand for.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Glass play and Loemba too.

Did anyone else watch the extended video of him? He looks handy but didnt see much goals from him.

At least someone running at defenders will give us something to cheer for. That was sadly absent last season. I'm not overly optimistic about the opening game as i can't see CL starting either of them. He likes to bring them in off the bench in the 85th minute so they don't get a chance to do anything, I hope I'm wrong.

Please let us get off to a good start!

Good post. Has anyone considered the faintest of possibilities that if we have a vocal home support getting behind the team from the first minute we might actually WIN?

Aye, the evidence suggests no, but stranger things have happened.
