Was strong down in Burnley, Lennon had to swap wings.
Even today, on the few flurries St Mirren had, he was the one putting in the blocks and clearing defensively.
He’s played 4 so far this year and been pretty decent in all of them.
Regardless he's the weakest defender we have.

Basically he gave the ball away twice which resulted in him being caught out of position so that was certainly one of his moments.
Utter pish , min. Watch it again.

Considine wasn’t at fault for the first two goals in that game, but his hesitation was a factor in the third goal. But seeing as that was in about the 90th Minute and we were already as good as out, the third goal wasn’t exactly critical.

Got any other examples , though ?.......shouldn’t be too difficult for you, as he “always” makes mistakes in big games

Regardless, he’s been fantastic this season. Our defence must be pretty good then.
Made a number of crucial blocks.
Set up Anderson against SevCo as well.
In fact, I can recall more errors from Shinnie this year that put our defence into trouble than Considine.

So far, 4 played, 4 good games from Considine.

And still I'll say regardless of "4 good games" he's our weakest defender. I'm not asking you to agree with me but I'm confident that he's the weakest link in our team.

Hey, we’re all entitled to our opinions.
Considine gets a lot of stick, so we said we’d have a Considine watch.
He’s done well in those games, so let’s not be critical at present and wait until there is merit to criticise.

I have watched it again,if he never gave the ball away twice in the matter of seconds they wouldn’t have got in a position to score.

What’s your argument that it wasn’t his fault, just utter p!sh?

Lets not make things up here

Lennon was central most of that game and not out wide, AC was guilty of diving in on numerous occasions, ball watching and flat footed at the goal where he was favourite to win it.

He may have played well in the centre of defence as deputy to McKenna and fair play to him but he is still our poorest defender by a long shot

Come on Rico, that is unbelievably harsh. For the throw-in Christie was dreaming and let the Motherwell midfielder get a leg in instead of shielding the ball and his position. It then fell back to Considine who passed it straight to McLean's feet. McLean tried a reverse pass looking to play in Christie and it was intercepted. Reynolds then got roasted by Bowman prior to Lewis's howler.

Andy probably should have taken another 3 or 4 steps in to cover Reynolds who was backing off Bowman. Then Considine might have been able to intercept the pass that ended up at Moult.

But there were 4 other players involved in the build up to that goal who all should have done much better. You can't pin that goal on a Considine brain fart.

He tried to pass the ball to McLean when there was 2 Motherwell players on him.

Reynolds got dragged out to mark Bowman because Considine was out of position.

Of course the first goal should still have been dealt better with by Reynolds and Lewis but to say it was everyone else’s fault apart from Considine is incorrect.

Thats been getting said from the Consi fan club for 13 years,I remember years ago he let the ball bounce over his head at Kilmarnock which ended up with Kilmarnock scoring and somebody on here blamed the wind

Are you serious ? If you have actually watched it again , then you need to visit donsdaft in his professional capacity.

There's nothing wrong with AC's throw......just the Motherwell player reacted a bit quicker than Christie to intercept it and play it straight back to AC.

And AC's pass was actually a very good one ......first time , crisp , more or less on the deck , straight to McLean's feet and at the right pace to give McLean a few options for dealing with it.

Think you're the one that's had the brain-fart here, rico
