Was just scrolling the list of matches on tonight and came across the German 2nd Bundesliga. And there it was, SV Hamburger our favourite German club in the 2nd tier. The first time ever they have dropped down.

In 1980 we were playing for the top prize, today we play 2nd tier footy. Oh those were the days eh?
It would great some several years down the road, if we could play each other in Europe again. No need for the CL, just a Europa League would be like Christmas.
Hope they do well this this season and return to the top flight.

I've watched a couple on FC.Nurnberg games and regard them as one of my teams. Tabita hates that as she's a Munchen fan.
I did catch her drooling over Lahm's legs though, which sort of explained it.
