    Look a strong side
Basaksehir familiar faces include on-loan Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan, former Manchester City and Arsenal men Emmanuel Adebayor and Gael Clichy, and Gokhan Inler.

Last season they went very close to qualifying for the Champions League proper at the expense of Sevilla.losing 4-3

We might have got lucky, they look good enough to put us out of our misery.

Basaksehir are a very good side who if we are to progress we will need to play a lot better than we have so far.

With the obvious lack of new recruits and the importance of staying in the EPL, in all honesty I would not mind at all if we get tanked!

Talk Sport say this will be their first competitive game of the season and it won’t be on TV

Hard to say it Bt but I’m with you on this as I don’t think we can compete in the Premiership - cups and the Europa ( if we’d made signings like we should have earlier and bolstered the squad ) then maybe but I’m worried it could be our downfall.
Problem is it doesn’t have to be know the knock on effect could be Xmas or January where we become leggy and tired earlier than we should.
