One trick pony.
After the first couple of games last season it was clear that the plan was to play Moore and Proctor upfront as two battering rams feeding off each other (and it clearly worked, see the Southend game). Proctor did his ACL and was out for the season, so Warne adjusted, bringing David Ball back into the team and mixing it up on the deck more.
Our early season form had been patchy, especially away from home, so Warne went away from his favoured 4-4-2 at Fratton Park, playing a 4-5-1 and securing our first away win in 630 odd days. That doesn't seem very stubborn.
Or how about when we clearly had a favoured style of playing and getting Kieffer Moore involved as much as possible, but Moore got a three game ban and then was taken back to Ipswich. Warne changed the system, bought in a benchwarmer from Bury who helped us on our way to an incredible second half of the season and promotion. How many managers would have coped that well with losing their top scorer? Not many, I'd wager.
Does that seem like a one trick pony to you, NakedTruth?

Warney definitely has a stubborn streak but he’s not stupid and I’m positive he’ll change the side but maybe not as many as you think/hope
We also have the Carabao Cup next Tuesday which gives him chance to maybe look at trying players out where he thinks is needed (midfield)
