Piglet, I wonder how many poor sods are buried in the concrete foundations of the Renzo Barbara stadium. Didn’t visit it when I was in Palermo, Went onto the top of the cathedral to avoid the blokes with big dogs and guns, and ate some stunning food at a small shabby restaurant in the market then got out as quickly as we could. Anyway, the answer I was looking for was Gigg Lane, so no point.

Average score this week was 6.3 and that was helped by a very nice 12 from Acido. He’s this week’s biggest mover - up 6 places to 6th - so well done. Buc only got 3 and dips down 4 spots, as does AussieBranch. Those in the middle places scored quite well, so the points are stretching out again. Those down towards the bottom could still get into the top half with a couple of reasonable weeks, and with a quarter of the season still to go it’s still anyone’s game.

    Better luck next week.

Piglet, I don’t think you were concentrating this week. -W = E which takes us to the dense forests near the Nam Ou river in northern Laos which is not exactly noteworthy. I think you were meaning the bullring in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Too much BS so no point.

Well, what a poor week. Six of us only got 3 points which helped keep the average score down to 3.8 so it’s a big WELL DONE to Pete who top-scored with 8. And it’s a “see me outside the staffroom” to our leader Howoldboy who only managed a measly 2 and may be heading for a detention. His lead is down to only one point again with Pete breathing on his shoulder. Oo-er.

This weeks biggest mover was AussieBranch whose 5 was enough to lift him 3 spots from 10th to 7th. Apart from that, just minor changes.

It’s still tight in the middle with only 10 points between 12th and 4th. At the bottom the fight for the wooden spoon now seems to be between 5 of us. So, still all to play for.

Aye, well done. meanwhile I’ve been dropping down the table like a stone for several weeks. If I’m not careful even Psaw will overtake me.

    Thanks Griff.

Can you please check NZ Blue's score.

By my calculations he scored 6 and should be level with Acido on 173 points.

I had his six scoring selections as:

    Aston Villa v Derby 2-0
    Ipswich v Reading Away
    Rotherham v Blackburn Home
    Accrington v Coventry 1-2
    Oxford v Sc*unthorpe Home
    Yeovil v Morecambe 2-0
