    Sean Dyche's Week

1/. Travel to Turkey Wednesday, return Friday. Sort tactics for the match out with the team and manage the game.
2/. 78 hours of the transfer window left to sort out many issues.
3/. Arrive back on Friday and then travel to Southampton for a game on Sunday. Sort tactics out with the team (when??)

It really brings home to me what a massive call on out time/resources this Europa League thing is. Especially with a lot of important issues to resolve in the transfer window. If we get a result at Southampton I'll show my arse.

    The bloke will be frazzled.

Yes, in hindsight, it might have been better if Southampton had won the FA Cup and taken our Euro place.

I was expecting early transfer business after we just about secured our PL status with the draw at Huddersfield on Dec 30!!!

That put us on 34 points from 21 games.

We sign our one and only player on August 5......7 and a bit months later.

Very hectic and unnecessary schedule. It's hard to fathom how EUFA can dream this nonsense up!

I well remember sinkov expressing real concerns over the schedule, it seems the old codger is right!

He was not on his own BT, however, we have a manager and staff who will jsut get on with it and willl expect the players to do the same. He will concentrate on the players he has at his disposal and not who may or may not come or go. That is Sean's way.
