Err ... pedant alert, sorry ... spiral /= spinal ... aligning a spiral fracture is nae a good idea! ... ye plaster the hoor up and let it align itsel. A spinal fracture? Serious ****! ... rest, possibly bracin/immobolisation, and healin come a lang wye aheid o' the queue afore realignment.

My money's on JJ meant spiral rether than spinal ... and golf bein a probable cause ( as if there's nae enough reasons tae hate golf! ) ... either that, or he's a surfer, or a rock guitarist!

Indeed it was spiral fractures caused by torque on a planted foot, physio went well last night and I’m away to exercise soon......ironically after my MRI scan on the fractures 6 months after injury the doc actually phoned about my spine showing too much wear and tear.......he said my “lifestyle” ......as in sport etc. would assist my rehab and with that also the spine that I knew hee haw about.

Anyway, like our club.....onwards and upwards.
