When I was in Kalkan Turkey for a holiday during the World Cup most of the bar staff were in England tops with English flags and bunting strung up around the bars, cheap too, a pint of Effes coming in around £1:40, a lovely country regardless of some of their ways and culture.

We love going to Istanbul and going shopping for fabric --there are some brilliant shops and they keep my missus happy with the stuff they sell.

She sounds like me Sub, wherever I go on holiday I'll walk down a street and go into every shop, it drives my Mrs crazy, we were in Washington DC and I went into an antiques shop, it was a large one with 4 floors, I was in there for over 2 hours, she was frothing at the mouth

Fortunately, alto, my missus is just into fabric and is not a keen shopper apart from that. I have a reputation of being able to smell out a fabric shop wherever we are in the world ---it saves me a fortune because she makes all her own stuff so there is never any complaint from me.
