If Notts go down tomorrow without so much as a whimper then he should resign as he is incapable of motivating the team. A team he has put ogether in the summer. There is no greater need for encouragement and motivation than now. I think the supporters just have trust in Hardy on this one, whatever he decides to do. After all he's done to build the support up to what it is now, he's not going to sit back and allow that to crumble.
