No we don't! We have two, one of whom probably kept us from being relegation fodder after the club belatedly decided "Flapper" wasn't good enough.

One mistake (which he probably knows could have been avoided), DOES NOT justify taking the No. 1 jersey from BPF

Agree. No way in the world he should be demoted after one error in judgement. Having said that, you can also sense that Bielsa won't be too forgiving if it happens again in quick succession! I think that goes for all of them to be honest.

Got a better keeper on the bench but BPF deserves a chance for his efforts last season.

This season the start has been very different, a team playing for each other, a spread of threat going forward, goals coming from a variety of players and from header, shots, set pieces etc. Always an if, but if we can continue with that kind of play, and threaten across the whole breadth of the field and from varying angles, distances, heights etc, getting found out as we were last season becomes much less of an issue.

Lastly, and at the risk of repeating myself, go back to Dons era, and the squad was of similar size, but successfully involved in domestic league and cup competitions i.e winning games if not the competition itself, and equally successful at a European level, in an environment which was undoubtedly more physical than the Championship today. Our squad today can do at least as much in the league provided they have the support of physios, dieticians etc. coaching staff who know what they are doing, and a manager/coach who provides discipline, motivates and gives them the self-belief and confidence that so many wannabes have failed to of late.

Early days maybe, but things do look as though they are on the up.
Actually from a Forest fan! The Derby lads have some rather unflattering monikers for your team.
And I've been saying it well before the start of the season. Bielsa might turn out to be the best manager you've had since Wilkinson.
But his methods aren't easy - he did fail in the last 2. But if done correctly, it's a joy to watch.
Too early to suggest anything concrete, but it'll be a major surprise after 2 very difficult opponents were despatched that you don't at the very least feature in the play-offs.

And one thing (well, one.out of a few), is to see Jansson doing what he was doing season before last, earning the song and the shirt, and making the opposition forwards quake. Bring it on the big Swede!😉

BPF blackman jansson berardi cooper ayling Douglas Phillips klich forshaw Dallas Baker Harrison Saiz alioski hernandez roofe and Bamford

That is the Marcelo 18, he will rotate them when he feels like it, his youth backups are Huffer Pearce Shaughnessy Shackleton Clarke Roberts and Edmondson, these are the Marcelo 7 who he will trust to step in when his senior 18 get injured or suspended

This is bloody brilliant strategy, loving it!
