Andy Monkhouse came up through our junior and reserve teams, so knows what is needed . So did Chris Sedgewick. Neil Richardson played a lot of reserve games, later period as captain, in a role of helping develop the young lads. Can't help feeling that we should be playing in a higher standard reserve league. Partly to develop our players,and to give the first team fringe players game time, and also to spot possible signings too
