    Unusual timing for this?

    Hrrrm......

    https://thisisfutbol.com/2018/08/blo...l-laves-leeds/

Not saying this is either good or bad, just a change, but it seems strange timing, given that the players have obviously been given some new training regime, strategy, tactics etc, and the backroom staff must have been involved, so why change after we start the season, rather than before? Thoughts?

Exactly my point and hence the puzzlement about the timing of departures.

I guess it could be that just as with the players, Bielsa has seen merit in others doing what he sees those who have departed as not being capable of, and it might be that those who are going aren't actually the ones who have contributed to the fitness levels we have sen in the first couple of games, who knows?

    Still a bit "rum" though!🤔

Would have thought this was more a decision by our new head of medicine and performance than Bielsa.

It's obvious he's (Bielsa) interested in every aspect of team but surely this is more likely to have been a decision made by Price.

It would make sense as.to who made the decision, but still not answering the timing thing.

Hey ho, we won't ever know I guess, the proof of the pudding etc......

I heard he upset Bielsa and the club tried to pacify the situation by sacking him but it was too late and Bielsas on the way out which in turn has also angered the players of which the majority are refusing to play and handed in transfer requests. Will no doubt lead to relegation and financial meltdown yet again.

    Not!

    In your dreams WTF

i wouldn’t read too much into it. Also suspect up to now Bielsa and others focusing on other things.

As as someone else said with a new head of the medical side of things then nothing was going to stay the same.
