    "Depleted Hull team"

Just checked and the team they started with cost over £25 million, wish we could have such a depleted team.

They were far more depleted than we were, put it that way.

Hull will not trouble the play offs this season so we should be putting their reserve team to the sword. We did in the last 20 minutes but should have done that from minute 1.
9 changes and yet Dicko, Irvine Jackson and Reece Burke still turned out for them. That's not bad

one obvious glaring thing we need and thats a centre forward that can actually convert 2 of his miriad of chances at the moment we do not have him in our squad. its alright saying once clarke scores he,ll go on a run, how long do we wait and whos to say he actually dosnt go on a run. its quite astounding that we could waste the opening month of the season with possibly the worst strike force in the division trying to get a top end striker in. i hope clarke goes on a reight run ,but for all the goals he scored last season he must have missed 5 times as many chances. utb

i really hope im wrong here but i think weve seen the best of leon at this level were desperate for a quality striker now actually think we need 2 but know we probably cant afford 2 still think nahki wells would be ideal for us if he hasnt gone anywhere yet think its a safer bet than hogan who if he came in comes with a huge injury risk hanging over him suppose we could hedge our bets and sign em both 😉
