    Hopefully our first win today

I hope we pick up the 3 points today, if we play like we did against Spurs, we will win comfortably. Id love to see Muto and Rondon start, they looked busy in the brief time they had when on the pitch. Rondon stong and holding the ball up and Muto running off in behind the defence. Cardiff are expected to be the whipping boys of the division but they will dig in at home and hope to catch us on the break or with a set piece. I think Rafa will start the same team as last week but with wanquillo at rb

    0-3 howay the lads

Important to take three points today I think - we have a tough set of opening fixtures so it's imperative to get enough out of them that we're not immediately locked in a relegation battle. Psychologically that's hard for teams to get out of if they're down there right from the start.

Aye, Tanya, I'd like to see them both start although Rafa doesn't like to change much so I expect Joselu to start and he loves Perez for the work he gets through so I suspect it'll be the same team minus Yedlin. Possibly Fernandez too?

yeah i agree Zip, like Andy said it is imperative to get 3 points today because our fixture list is a horrendous start and psycologically if we are routed to the foot of the table after 8 games because we have lost against the big sides early on, it will be a long hard few months to get the side on a winning mentality again. I had such a good feeling at the end of last season, i thought we would build. To be fair the lads that have come in have been an improvement on whats gone out but obviously were these boys the first choice of the manager? i very much doubt it.

I too would like to see Muto and Rondon start but I think Rafa will be a bit more cautious than that, but maybe later on before too late in the game. Three points would be great and a huge confidence booster for the team especially if it's a big margain win.

a big margin win would be brill pat, if we can nick a point against the big teams coming up we could be in a cracking position come xmas. Unfortunately it will only increase Ashleys stubborness if we are doing well before the window.

I love match day, did you see the super 6 last week, some bloke got 5 correct scores and was ****ed over for a million by the crazy norwich game, i would have been gutted, nobody would have predicted that score

It's always the odd unusual score or result which saves the bookies skins. The Bassas get away with it every single day and even if some lucky punter has a good win they make profit out of it by getting big publicity from their payout.

The only way you can beat their system is to be the bookie yourself on Betfair. there you can turn the odds in your favour.

It only costs a few quid for a deposit. You can go on their site and view and see how it goes on without joining. RECOMMENDED as you can learn without investing.

    https://sports.betfair.com/exchange/plus/horse-racing

The left hand side of the page is for backing (layers money) and the right hand side is for laying (backers money) if you want to be the bookie and put your stake on for a horse, or football team or in fact any event to lose rather than win.
