As most people will know by know our Academy is in a real mess. Staff leaving, audit issues and filled with inexperienced staff. Before everyone shouts back Dong Da He, the boy was signed by Leonard along with Jack Bearne who if the fees stack up made the club over half a million. Howes, Culverwell and the other young pros were also signed by Leonard. How about bringing McParland back as Academy manager? He loves the club, is an excellent coach and has top qualifications. Time to act Alan!
