    Had a look at the forecast for Nottingham and it looks good

    Yes, Stokes is playing and you have to feel sorry for Curran who had a good first test but now has to sit this one out.
    England win the toss and elect to bowlon a wicket that Joe Root says has a bit of grass, although Kohli said that he would have batted anyway because the pitch looks hard and firm.
    Five minutes to before battle commences.

    Almost one hour gone and there has been a little bit of movement, however, India have progressed to 41-0 and our bowling has been a bit lack lustre. Possibly a good toss to lose!

    First one down 60 for 1 with Dhawan falling on 35 caught by Butler in the slips from Woakes.

    Lunch, 82 for 3, Kohli still out there, Woakes with all 3 wickets.

    Woakes came on and hsa bowled really well to make it a really interesting first session with honours just about even. If we manage another quick wicket after lunch India could struggle again.
