    City centres across the country seem devoid of accents and have been given over to student non accents or non English ... Try asking directions in London ,York etc you will be lucky to find an English speaker .
    My mate lives in a small Yorkshire town.. And literally all you hear is Eastern European when walking around . The local primary has went from 200 kids and a couple of languages to over 400 kids and over 20 languages in less than 10 years.
    Accents are definitely fading away .
