Did not realise that (according to Mr Naysmith in today's Standard) that the Crusaders are the only full - time
team in Ireland. Looking forward to seeing a different team from the current 4 times a season scenario. Remember
    kick - off is 2.30 pm ! !

I have watched quite a few clips of recent Crusaders games on youtube since we drew them. My summing up is that the are a very tough , competitive side who leave nothing in the dressing room. Interesting to note that they play their home games on an artificial surface so Palmerston won't bother them. They also average about the same as us at home ( around 1500) and have won the Northern Ireland Premier Division title two years on the trot . Having said that , I feel we are more skillful than them and should aim to zip it fast along the ground. We dont know what team Naysmith will put out. Will he start our strongest 11 from last week or start some fringe and loan players to give competitive game time ?

Their kits look interesting. Black with the red Northern Ireland cross on their Home kit and the reverse in white Away kit.

Agree 100% JRS as Naysmith's only headache today will be whether to rest some of the first team or give others an opportunity to make a claim for a starting spot. I personally would stick with the proven first eleven and maintain the momentum especially as they all appear to be thoroughly enjoying themselves making changes in the latter stages if and when the game is safe. Momentum is very important with a successful side which unnecessary changes can only disturb as we have seen on too many occasions previously. Mon the South.

Really looking forward to this as its always good to get to play a team in this cup from a different country.

Don`t know what really to expect today but would like Naysmith to play a strong team unlike what he did against Stenhousemuir which was a perfect time to give the youngsters the chance plus would like to see Adam Frizzell & David Norman Jr get some match time.
