I disagree, i think selling one of your best players to a rival is detrimental, especially considering our record of not using player fees to rebuild our squad.

So what if we get £10m or £15m, we wont see any of it so why bother? ALL of that cash will go to paying for the new stadium. We can argue all day whether that is right or wrong, but strengthening your rivals while trying to be clever with money is ludicrous.

I would sell. They're buying potential, with the red glasses off does anybody truly believe he is outstanding and a 10M player. If we get min 3.5M it will be taken. Hayes as a makeweight, bring in Mulumba, Jordan and striker. We'd be better.

If Celtic are genuinely interested in signing one our best players then I personally would tell them they will have to stump up £10m plus Griffiths permanently. We shouldn’t be dealing with Celtic unless we improve our team on a permanent basis. McKenna is a fantastic player and absolutely no way we should be giving him to Celtic for peanuts. Celtic are a rich club and can easily afford my suggestion.
