I could have sworn I did post ( maybe need memory check). I have set a reminder on laptop now. As it happens I would only have e few more points ( not enough to change league position).

Now, Mad, a cunning man might have argued that because you were intending to post 0-0 for all games you didn't see it necessary to post anything at all.

0-0 for all games would have scored you 22 points (which includes 12 points for being right on the Rovers game).

Every now and again, someone forgets to post, or the site goes a bit 'haywire', making it difficult, if not impossible to connect (this was the case for me one day last week). In that case, wouldn't it be fair to allocate a minimum points total to anyone not registering (e.g. 6 points for a complete fixture list) ?

I see the Rovers have now gone on that goal scoring drought (3 successive games without a goal) that we figured they might do earlier in the season. Drought rhymes with doubt, which rhymes with nowt, so expect nil nil again against Blackpool on Tuesday, before penalties decide if we go forward to the next round or not. Having said that, it'll now probably finish 4-3...

In all fairness it is an awkward one.
It is possible for someone who has entered a full set of predictions to score less than 6 and that would be unfair.
On 4th Aug I believe Mad scored 6 from a full set of 12 predictions, and we have had a lot of 8s since.
So we could be better off not bothering than having a go at predicting, as not bothering guarantees 6 points.

Unless your name is Scarjo, predicting is very hard for us all to guess. Rovers win/draw every game I expect us to lose, and lose every game I think we should win.
