You're obviously never going to get it if you can make a comment like that.

As we are debating a hundred ****agers jumping up an Doon in the Derry I turn on the Dortmund game to see 30000 jumping a boot behind the goal.

Oh I get it but I disagree with you.

If I take my granda to dens I’d not take him to the boisterous part of the Derry.

    So he’d feel safe.

See I get it. I don’t know why anyone would put themselves in that section knowing it will be like that. If you can’t handle it don’t go there!

A pity that the serious issue of where do 100 ****agers, who used to attend games in the SE go, has gone back to the same discussion that it always degenerates into. Deeranged is right, the licensing authorities wanted the SE closed, the club took action that kept it open. Rross is right that the remedy is in the process of killing the patient. They both IMO want the atmosphere at Dens to improve. Safe Standing areas cost a lot of money to build. The cost was put on here the last time this was discussed, have not been able to find it but will try again. I'm not sure that spending money on Dens for this type of spectator experience is actually the best use of any funds that are available. Seems to me better players are more important but I'd be happy to be corrected.

Actually think this is a sensible precaution particularly if you sit in the Mainer which is a wooden stand. Bradford was an horrific tragedy and making sure opposition fans who get to sit in sections ABC don't do anything silly seems a sensible approach. Would prefer that we used all of the Mainer and created a free sitting section for PATG supporters.
