Well, it's a tactical change, clearly.

Charlie Slater is describing it as three central defenders with Duffy, Brisley and Hewitt, but a 3-5-2 that would still leave the midfield looking very light, and I'm not convinced Hewitt is much better at centre-back than right-back.

Hopefully it's more like a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 with Hewitt and Crawford as a defensive midfield shield and Husin given licence to get forward.

The good news is that Jones is nowhere to be seen, but the worrying thing is that Hewitt and Duffy are still in the starting 11. It seems no matter how bad some players play, they will always start, so what message does that send to the other squad members?

It says the players challenging them for places aren't even trusted when the player with the shirt could hardly be playing worse!

Let's hope for men of the match performances from Hewitt and Duffy, that's sometimes how things work.

    I see this as . . .

    Fitz
    Toots Duffy Brisley Kellett
    Hewitt Crawford
    Enzio Husin Dennis
    Hemmings

    4-2-3-1?

either way at least he's had the balls to try and mix it up a bit.
