    Farmers game

Just back from Perth, all I can say is, the system is not working, and the worry is that mcann will continue to play it.

As for Kallman, looked out of his depth.

Agree re Kallman. I think the system could be working if we had a more lethal striker to put away the chances.

It’s frustrating that in all 3 league games we have played pretty good stuff for a lot of the time but not putting chances away when we are on top is killing us.

We had Tony Watt training at Dens but clueless McCann swerved offering him a deal and he scores today like Shankland did last week. The Finnish boy is not the answer and the clock is ticking.

The assessment of Källman may turn out to be true, but we just bottle things up in the middle. Kallman was on his own marked by two defenders with his back to the goal most of the second half. By the time we got into the last third, twenty touches later, their defence was massed. Mendy is miles away from what we need. When Watt was available, we signed Mendy. Our tactics are killing us, which is down to our manager. As soon they scored we were gone. We dont strike quickly, we dont put the ball over the top every now and then. Same old slow build up all of the time.

No sure what game you were at...that was the easiest 3 points that mob will get all season... absolutely no urgency in our team...we were half decent for the first 25 mins and that was it...a decent team would've taken 4 or 5 off us today.

James McFadden on BBC summed it up"Dundee have loads on possession which teams are happy to let them have as they do nothing with it" Mcann that's a damning indictment from one of your peers .....
