just been watching old highlights eg game v copenhagen
and was thinking who do we rate more
nial Mcginn v Jamie Smith
both similar in role and injuries
McGinn by miles. Smith was on fire that night but McGinn's ratio of good games to poor ones is a million times better than Smith's was, and his injury history is nothing like as bad.
McGinn all the way
yup that was indeed a great night , its funny how when time passes i ( and this is probably true for a few ) we tend to remenber either the great or truely dire not how consistent they were
Not sure how Niall McGinn is being classed as an injury prone player because he has had a few injuries since he came back.
He was averaging over 40 games a season before he went to Korea, that was back in the time when some posters on here kept saying he needed dropped all the time.

I'm afraid that McGinn's carreer is at an end, we should never have taken him back.
Hope I'm wrong though.
Jamie Smith was a f'uckin wimp.
He was s'hite in that first half against Copenhagen.
If you zoom in on the crowd you might just see me shouting for him to be taken off at half time.
Or maybe I just don't like posing nancy boys playing in our midfield.
