No, mate, it's not the case. if it were, we wouldn't have ended the transfer window in profit.

Plus, our club have been proved, in court, to be liars. The 'official line' is almost always a lie.

This post has hit the nail on the head.

Although the press generally give favour to Ashley the position he has put this club in, creditibility wise, doesn't compare with the press we used to get under Sir John Hall and under the decent managers we had under his tenure.

We have become a joke club under Ashley which we never ever were before.

we may have finishe on paper in profit
but he said all money generated will be spent on the team

im sure we have other bills to pay

and im sure we are still paying the likes of colback and a few others who went their contracts paid up

i recently sold a lambretta on ebay

    i made a profit

but not all of it as i had fees etc to pay for

im sure that would be the case with the club

are you aware that just to speak to agents most clubs have to pay fees

    who pays for these
    ahere would that come from

and a lot of fans have as well

we had a few good years under the halls

but he was trading in the red and sold us to ash

yet us fans still look at those times as if everything was rosy in the garden

their are many many many fans would trade our owner and league position for theirs

    so when some continually bleat
you can understand why so many have a go at us

I would trade leagues, with a ambitious club.
