From what I hear #notts have drawn up a short-list of candidates to interview and this afternoon will be seeking permission from their clubs to do so.
Does that mean Gary Bowyer is out of the picture as he has not got a club?

Competent folks like Bowyer and even Grayson (always liked his style, strong record when he's been given a chance too, despite more recent short term indifferent spells) don't require comps tho'? However, Sean O'Driscoll would!
Any of those 3 would be, massively, preferable to Kewell IMO. No guarantees with anybody but you can minimise the risk with a bit of care and thought.

Forget about stuff like profile, record or availability, Notts managers are appointed on powerpoint presentations alone, bells and whistle animations, a good font, built in video links, not having too much text on slides and remembering to say 'thank you, any questions' in the final slide. Pointers at the ready, let the ppt battle commence.

Well Charlie Slater has just clarified that not all interviewee's are currently at a club so Gary Boywer is hopefully still a possibility.
