Aberdeen seem to have decided that he is a "squad player", and he's often warming their bench with our old chum Stevie May. (Phew, the latter was a near miss for us, and would have been a record fee too!). Both probably ok as starters for Scottish Championship first teams/ Football league lower divisions - that's all.

It sounds like they set out ofor a point and now have to chace the game.

What a great ammount of decisions May seems to have made! From hero in Scotland to zero at Sheffield to being sub back in Scotland.

Purrington (W'don) and Ihiekwe (Accrington S.) are not in the match squads for the EFL Trophy games tonight (ineligible?)

Bray giving the Chester defence the runaround so far... I know it's only at Level 6 though!

Barnsley have pulled it back to 1-1......come on David Ball.....a second goal required.

Carlisle are 1-0 up, unfortunately Jerry Yates isn't the scorer.

    HT York 0 Chester 0
Bray playing a blinder, but the York forwards (which include the ex-Blades player, Ironside) have not been able to finish off the chances created. Although York have dominated the game , Chester have almost scored on the break twice.
Also tonight - Accrington losing 1-2 at half-time (Ihiekwe is playing)
