Why exactly are those prices "fanciful"?
If he was at a lower league English club and going up a league or two, those prices would be bang on or even cheap.
So just because we are not in the Guffball League, we must get bent over for our star players?
Maybe in the past but we have no pressing need to sell, he has just signed a new contract until 2023 and therefore IF and WHEN he goes, it will not be for a pittance.

He probably isn’t but neither are some of the players that the English clubs are selling each other.

Bournemouth just bought Solanke from Liverpool for £19 million and he has roughly played as much games as McKenna has.

If the clubs down there don’t want to pay over the odds for McKenna we are under no pressure to sell him.
