Game time organised for young promising players and an experienced player coming back from a serious injury.
All main players retained and added to with Lowe and Stewart.
Spaces available and being used for young players to get first team experience.
Money not being wasted on journeymen,simply to add numbers.
AFC will never afford to pay huge wages to one or two without spoiling the whole wage structure of the whole club.
Historically, the most successful Aberdeen team was home bred ,with a few additions bought , and that has to be the way forward.COYR

Going by the wee digs once he left I wouldn't be too sure he was let go after he asked

McInnes is saying we spent all of our budget which doesn’t really make sense considering he was trying to get Morgan on loan.

Someone can/will correct me if I’m wrong here but since last summer the players brought in and let go are,

Forrester £200k,Ferguson £250k,Gleeson free,Cerny free,Ball loan,Hoban loan,Wilson loan,Lowe loan,Stewart loan.

Rooney £350k,Arnason free,Tansey free,Forrester free,Maynard free,O’Conner free,Rogers loan,Wright loan,Anderson loan,Reynolds loan.

Plus the £600k dna money,plus the £150k sell on fee for Stockley and I believe we got maybe £100k for Arnason playing at the World Cup.

So that’s about £450k spent on players and £1.2 million from players sold and fans money,unless of course the money has been blown on loan signings but then surely we have received money for the players we have out on loan.

No idea the truth of comments on other media sites, but stated Wilson has cost north of 600k for the season loan. Tried to offload him during the window unsuccessfully.
Forrester, Wilson, Gleeson is a fair outlay with minimal return.
