Not sure if it’s true because I don’t see a lot of St Johnstone but a few folk saying on other forums that Shaughnessy plays on the left side of defence for them.

He does.
Their usual back 4 is:
Foster, Kerr, Joe, Tanser.
But he’s right footed.
It’s not essential to have a right & lefty.
Just beneficial.

It was a mistake letting Joe go in the first place. Fair play to McInnes for recognising that he was wrong & I was right

One of the rags is linking us to Scott McTominay although it says Celtic are interested too.

Personally I hope he goes to Celtic.

I won't be losing sleep over Scott Allan or us not signing anyone yet. I don't think he's particularly good and there's plenty of time left.

We have known for a long time, however, that we need a creative player and a LB. I'm still sure that will be resolved.

I agree with you again Aldo. This is becoming too much of a habit.
