Probably be as well shifting him on if we can. He's looked reasonable in the couple of appearances he's made recently, but generally hasn't been up to scratch. On paper he looked like a decent signing, but hasn't really worked out - he'll be on a decent wage as a Rep of Ireland international, so get rid and free up the wage and take someone else in who will contribute more.

If Gleeson is being touted for a move they must be trying to offload him. Which would give weight to Morgan coming in and DM isn't exactly cooling the rumour. Cue the meltdown and rightly so in my view.

What is the definition of close? An enquiry being met with a no? No transfer figure ever mentioned. A player with 1yr deal remaining at 9k/week and ready to come to aberdeen for half that figure. Why?

Never a chance of Christie being a permanent signing. Nothing more to add on this, we all have our view, I reckon DM was bull****ting. Give me a shout when we pay upwards of 1/2M for a player at 10k/week. Or were Celtic suddenly going to be doing us a favour?
