    P.S. ‘Harold’ is injured OTR.

    Worth, or cost?

    Worth.
May have exaggerated a little but not by much. Either way...it’s a bloody expensive set of subs for the Championship and suggests a strength in depth we would never have dreamed of a few months ago.
I haven’t even included Butterfield who’s worth something between £5m and 1/3d (younger readers ask your parents!).

RA it's all about balance and also having a threat I wonder if Tomori could play the holding midfield role. Don't write Thorne off i watched him for he U23 against Sunderland he played 90 mins and was getting stronger towards the end

Huddlestone or a match fit Thorne required if we continue to play out from the back.

Tomori looks versatile enough to play a number of roles which could come in handy over the course of the season.

Marriott needs a goal and I think he will play a part particularly when we play twice in a week and Frank wants Nugent resting.

Squad depth looking better than in a long time.

    100% agree with all that.

I’d really love to not ‘write Thorne off’, mista. Having a fit Thorne playing to his full potential for even 70% of the rest of the season would be like a new top signing.
Unfortunately I have my doubts...would truly love to be completely wrong.

Yes might just be a pipedream but hope not Not sure him not going on loan is a good or bad thing He's either not fit enough to risk of he's nearer than we think He certainly looks fitter than I've seen him for a long while lost a lot of weight Keep my fingers crossed for him the U23s play Leicester tomorrow night at P/park he may play in that In fact with all the youngsters we've got rid of they will struggle to put a team out I'm gutted they sold Callum Guy
Might even see Buttercup tomorrow and Anya remember him

Imagine the luxury of having Thorne and Hudds fit enough to rotate.

I think Thorne is finished, in every appearance since his injury he's not even looked half the player he was. A move to a club like Burton might help him out!
