    Spot on tactics by Rafa benitez

    We were never expected to beat these lads .they will win the league .But now we go into the international break knowing we only got beaten by a goal rather than being hammered by 5 or 6.Confidence plays a big part in football and we now go into a run of games we will pick up a lot of points .

    Agreed.

    And bar a 30 yard screamer i think we'd of got something.

    Once the Arsenal game is over we can at least start our season properly.

    Agreed i said in the other thread any other day those 2 city goals go flying over the bar we did well today against the team that will win the title and we didnt even have Shelvey or ritchie.

    Definitely. Thought we'd sit back and never have the ball in their half but Rafa got it spot on.

    Imagine what he could do with better players...
