A lack of confidence in the manager. Weakest manager in the SPL. He has been found out by his fellow managers, who find it fairly easy to beat his teams. We are where we are because of his tactics and planning. Surely the board must be looking at this situation having seen six defeats already this season. What does it take for them to act.

After the the St Johnstone game Nelms should have been on Skype to Keyes to advise him that McCann must be sacked. Nelms and Keyes call the shots and the buck stops with them.
