Bruce, stop trying to act like Alex Fergerson!

Bombing players out regardless of valuation or reputation, trying to ship players out because of missed chances, bigging yourself up like your something youre special.
We know this is a big club with high expectations but come on, youve had 2 years to build a team a formation and plenty of time to bring on the youth instead of loaning them out. Bringing on the youth was something Fergy was brilliant at.

Bruce is running out of excuses, theres a new CEO who will swing the axe with not a blink of an eye.
I for one now would like a new Manager to come in and address the formation tactics and stick to it, stop changings things and players.

I guess i am just bored if him and it still sticks in my throat what he did at Wembley.
Watching the highlights tonight on Quest, even Dean Ashton could not believe he has shipped out Elphick and replaced him with a midfielder who was found out today, slow and constabtly out of position.

Whos out there? Dare i say it.... big Sam!!

It’s incredible that we’ve lost 5, yes 5, CBs over the summer.

    Samba
    Terry
    Elphick (loan to Hull)
Souliman (Loan to Emmen FC in Holland)
    Clark (Loan to Port Vale)
(Let SB off with the 6th, Richards).

How many have we brought in??? 1, just 1. Yet he’s playing at RB!!! In fact we have ¾ of our back 4 playing out of position and a RB playing in midfield. This sort of confusion and lack of cohesion has been going on for 2 bloody years.

I’m not making it up, you couldn’t make it up, this is what makes SB fo effing frustrating.

Yes Exiled frustrating indeed & re Sulliman he’s the same age as Axel thereby we send our own youngster
out on loan to gain experience then take another youngster from another club to do exactly the same with us
My only hope is we can pick up a free C/B to @ least get us to the next T/window Huth is a free agent why not do as we did with Samba & give him a trial?

Suliman is rated highly too, reckon Bruce is doing MUFC a favour taking Axel on loan - football seems to work that way.

Nothing wrong with loan deals to get youngsters more game time but not at the expense of our strength in depth.

As previously mentioned on here, I have been a supporter of Bruce. He is clearly an honest guy, a proven track record in this league and genuinely seems to have the best interests of the club at heart. However, his loaning out of Elphick without adequate cover is baffling and he cant afford any more displays like the two last week. If that were to happen over the next two games he's going to get himself the sack and there will be no complaints from me. I just hope he turns it around.
