The players don't understand what he is wanting. There is a language barrier and during a game, his commands are often ignored, not understood or no listened to. He could be a great coach but he isn't getting his point across properly.....have you ever listened to one of his interviews and came away having 100% understood what he was going on about? Robbie Nielsen, Peter Houston would at least be able to get his directions across to the team. I ain't saying that they are our only options but we should be interviewing for that kind of coach.

At this juncture change is an absolute necessity. We have a manager who has averaged 1.6pts per game with almost 3 different teams in under a year. 57-58 points doesn’t win this league. You want success but quite happy to stick with a man who can’t deliver it. Baffling.
He may well deliver success if things can click, and they may well.

57-58 points is enough to get you into the play-offs.

    But as I repeat often:

He will get sacked if he has a bad run of results.

What's baffling about having a little bit more patience than others?

Interested to know what qualifies has a bad run of results. League form last season:
    WDWWWLWLDLLWDLDLD

    This season: LWWDD

8 wins in 22, 4 of which were in his first 5 games before he’d had enough time to completely ruin the place with his methods.
A 36.36 win % in the Championship. 6-1 defeat to Falkirk and home defeats to Morton 3-0, QOS 3-2 and Dunfermline 3-2.

Stunned anyone could think things “may well click”. No point in discussing it further because you’re on a different planet to me.

Would you not honestly consider our results so far to constitute a bad run of results? They include efeat at home to Dunfermline, who have scraped 1 more point since, and draws with alloa and Morton. Surely, these results should be setting alarm bells ringing. We've not even played either of the Highland teams yet. That's before we consider the Betfred fiasco.

Unbeaten in 4 isn't going to get him the sack. It'll be 4 loses that'll do that.

Needs to lose games though before it'll happen

Frank are you suggesting that if we draw our next 4 games. IE 4 points out of 12 that’ll be good enough to keep him in a job because he isn’t losing.

League cup, loss to Dunfermline H and draws against Alloa A, and Morton H are more than enough! To stay on target we need 1 draw and 3 wins. If we fail that target, its gonna be too late anyway so we need action now!

It would be a lpt of draws on the bounce and would also have to take into account the league table. You'd assume we'd be bottom half in which case that would probably lead to a change.

Evidently nothing is going to happen now. It'll be a month of at least I reckon before it becomes a serious probability.

They are giving him his chance which is the right thing to do.
