The language barrier is a MASSIVE problem. The players have no idea what the instructions he's shouting at them during the game. How many times have we struggled after our half time team talk? You can see the frustration from the players during a game. He is struggling to get his point put across and is not able to manage the team efficiently. I have nothing personal against Lazlo as I think he is trying his best and he must be frustrated that he can't get his message across. It's not working out and for that reason I think he has to go. Robbie Nielsen or Peter Houston would get this team promoted.
