    I've got my doubts about the Coaches who run the Academy and it's teams ,,,,, quite surprised that some are still here ,,,,,

    It's about bringing talent through to first team level rather than results isn't it ?

    Can’t argue with that animal but this club has lacked a winning mentality throughout for some time. Getting ar5eholed every week can’t be good at any level of development

    There's nothing worse than getting beaten on a regular basis which is what our "reserves" seem to do
    Didn't we finish bottom of that league last year & it's not good for building confidence

    A premier League reserve team playing against a third division teams reserves as well and most of our first team are youngens. Agree with what Roma says though too.

    Victor , Walton and Brown are all part of the current first team set up so it's not all doom and gloom .

    Not convinced myself about Disco either as I've mentioned before but if players are coming through and knocking on the door then he must be doing something right despite the results .
