    Swapping and changing.

    IMO you start doing that, it leads to inconsistency and potentially a freefall. TM knows what he's doing. Changes I believe will be implemented gradually.

    I think many fans would constantly be changing the line up if they had their way.. One poor game.. Drop the player. Not saying that about anyone on here though.

    It was quick to point the finger yesterday as so many didn't turn up
    We collectively need to take these 2 weeks to get over it
    I am getting over it as a few others need to,just hope the players have shaken it off by our next league game
    Villa are very jeckil and Hyde.

    I agree 100%, Saxo. Knee-jerk reactions are not sound tactics. And, of course, if the changes don't work, what is the manager accused of? "Knee-jerk reactions"! And often by the same people who called for the changes!
    One guy on the Telegraph site spent all last season saying Mowbray was too cautious, negative and defence-minded. Now he is accusing him of being gung-ho for trying to chase Sunday's game.
