The last ground built in the 19th century or the first one of the 20th century.
The first "modern" ground, ie, built outside a town centre, and the highest in the county.
You have to love the Hawthorns.

I love our ground and am very proud that it is not rented from the local council.

If only the c??? peace had redeveloped the east stand corners and the halfords lane stand instead of the 3m paint job he authorised for it, it would have been even better.

But, instead he trousered the 27m dividend, leaving us to rely on an overdraft for the first time in a long time.
