Peter Dickson was fast in his short prime and Crawford Boyd the strongest. Don't know about slowest - Chris Balderstone in a good way as he let the ball do the work! In recent years Gavin Reilly was fast. Didn't see much of Pat Mccluskey (although there's plenty to see)but looks like he ate all the pies!

Dan Orsi in more recent times was one of the fastest. Looked a real prospect until he had a bad injury.

Graceful but no pace whatsoever Chris Baldestone as previously pointed out. Former Queens player and England International (Cricket)!!!

Kevin Hetherington has got to be the strongest I have seen at Palmerston, closely followed by Andy aitken. Quickest one I can think of was nicky Clark along with Gavin Reilly and the slowest has got to go to pat McCluskey although his reading of the game got him through.
Another player who was strong was Ian dick who was a midfielder in the 80s but only played for half a season then disappeared. Fantastic player that never lived up to his potential

David Weatherston - 2008 - 11 was inconsistent but a very fast winger and had a pretty good strike rate 21 goals
    in 42 starts.
