How do they make a transfer when under an embargo? Doesnt the player need to be registered with the league?

Yes they do need to be registered. How it can happen when under a transfer embargo beggars belief. The Football League should be reprimanded too.

Birmingham and Wednesday both had their embargo’s lifted, probably because the EFL is a shambles, they’ll let some things go just as long as there’s money involved so they’d prefer fines
