    Academy set up

Matt hamshaw praises the current academy set up. Does that mean we can expect some first team players of the future coming from the academy ala Crewe through the years?
RUFC are not renowned for giving youth a chance. Will it and does it need to change soon?

He actually used the "good human beings" line 😕

From the bits and bobs I've seen, kayode looks a prospect. And I'm hopeful wiles and hinds will make the grade too. Its a catch 22 that promotion to the championship possibly sets our own youth players chances back a tad.

Hinds looks really good and the young irish winger looked good pre season. Not sure about Wiles he has a bit of a Yates good trier look to him but lacks that bit of star quality for me.Still young tho so ya never know. kayode has a bit of talent but light weight but could come good.
