Ex-Leeds central midfielder. 20 years old, plays for Guinea.
On trial...played today. Spent pre-season with Donny, apparently McCann wanted to sign him but it didn't happen. Looks like he is a defensive midfielder, sits in front of the back four, breaks up play and picks a pass. Not the tallest, but could be our Kante

Got booked today.
Another inexperienced, diminutive midfielder - just what we were all calling for.
Anyone at the game care to comment on how he played? Or if anyone looked like they deserve a place in the squad for Saturday?
He was very tidy on the ball, excellent first touch and rather vocal with those around him.hard to make a complete judgment on what I saw today but like all the young lads he deserves to be appraised on merit and not dismissed as a prospect just because he isn’t the immediate Fix we need in the first team
Unlucky to be booked because the ref had let worse fouls go without a card previously, maybe the card was a reason for him being subbed. Seemed to have a decent touch and got involved, but it's impossible to make any real judgements due to not knowing the strength of the opposition. Purely based on physical appearance, I'd say the average age of the Wigan squad looked a year or so older than ours, so I think we competed well in the circumstances.
So, in summary, he's the new Dave Smith. And I mean the 70s version, not the winger.
We need someone who can add a physical presence to our gutless midfield, not another diminutive has been.
